In our store, guests come to both dine at our restaurant and take home ready-made meals or fresh ingredients.

Fiskhuset wants to provide guests with a much larger experience than just the meal itself, so we are looking for someone who has a passion for service, shows genuine care for guests and colleagues, has a strong interest in food & drink, and enjoys working meticulously and organized.

We believe you are an open and social person, who finds it easy to talk and is easy to talk to.

Since we have many foreign guests, it is a big plus if you can speak one or more languages in addition to Swedish and English.

The job primarily involves serving and assisting our customers in a pleasant and professional manner in our store's fish and delicatessen department.

You will also ensure that counters, refrigerators, and shelves are stocked and tidy throughout the day, take orders, answer the phone, clean, and keep things neat & fresh. It is important that you quickly get a sense of what needs to be done and that prioritization is correct. The job also includes opening, transitioning from day service to evening service, closing, and cash reporting.

If you have experience working at a cash register and taking orders from before, that is a big plus.

It is beneficial if you have previous experience working seasonally or with projects, as the workload can vary greatly.

At Fiskhuset, cooperation is key, so we often work across boundaries, are flexible, support each other, and work closely with other departments. Therefore, tasks such as serving, preparing simple dishes in the kitchen, or other tasks at Fiskhuset may also be part of the job.

We are constantly developing and working together to make it easy for guests and employees to succeed.

Fiskhuset is open from Easter until the end of September, and we hire continuously based on seasonal needs. Your working hours will vary depending on the season.
